Every week during the CFN Fish Off spring online tournament, we will be having a weekly draw courtesy of Shimano!

2 Shimano rod and reel combos will be given out on CFN Facebook LIVE every Monday night during the tournament – 7:00 pm start time.

 

Start Strategizing!! 

Weekly draws will be species specific. All you need to do is make sure that your team has submitted the weekly species listed below before the deadline date and time (midnight every Sunday).

Every species submitted within that category will earn your a team ballot into that weekly Shimano draw.

Eg. A brown trout, lake trout, and brook trout submitted before the week 2 deadline will give your team a total of 3 ballots for the week 2 draw which will be held on Monday, June 1st.
**If your team name is drawn, you and your partner will each receive a rod and reel combo courtesy of Shimano (shipping cost may apply).

Bonus Weekend (12:00 am on Sat. May 23 – 11:59 pm on Sun. May 24) 
Perches
-Yellow Perch
-Walleye, Sauger

Week 1 (Mon. May 25 – Sun. May 31)
Esox and Gar
-Northern Pike, Chain Pickerel, Grass Pickerel, Muskie (if open)
-Longnose Gar, Spotted Gar
**Draw date: Mon. June 1st on CFN FB Live @ 7pm

Week 2 (Mon. June 1 – Sun. June 7)
Trout, Salmon, Char
-Brown, Brook, Laker, etc.
–Coho, Chinook, Atlantic, Char
-All salmonids including Grayling & Whitefish
**Draw date: Mon. June 8th on CFN FB Live @ 7pm

Week 3 (Mon. June 8 – Sun. June 14)
Sucker Mouth
–Catostomus genus (including White Sucker, Largescale, Longnose, Mountain, Bridgelip, etc).
-Any Redhorse (silver, greater, shorthead, river, black, golden)
-Sturgeon, Tench, Buffalo, Common Carp
**if a species is invasive to closed in your zone, it does not count
**Draw date: Mon. June 15th on CFN FB Live @ 7pm

Week 4 (Mon. June 15 – Sun. June 21)
Each individual species caught from week 1 through 6 = 1 ballot
**Draw date: Mon. June 22th on CFN FB Live @ 7pm

Teams that move on to the TV tournament will start filming Sat. June 27th for a total of 6 weeks ending Sun. August 2nd.
